You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sportsp login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify sportsp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. sportsp will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
sportsp reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the sportsp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). sportsp supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. sportsp does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries not listed on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to your sportsp account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. sportsp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
sportsp does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. sportsp is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.
sportsp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
The following conduct in relation to bonuses is strictly prohibited:

All games available on the sportsp Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
sportsp uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in accordance with standard casino procedures. sportsp does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, sportsp will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, sportsp is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided at sportsp's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sportsp Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
sportsp cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, sportsp will report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
All content on the sportsp Platform, including but not limited to the sportsp brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and multimedia content, is the exclusive intellectual property of sportsp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sportsp Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sportsp Platform without prior written consent from sportsp.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sportsp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
sportsp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sportsp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sportsp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sportsp Platform.
